〈企業からの要望により、下記英語解読可能な方限定〉 Provide comprehensive legal counsel and strategic support to the relevant entities and group companies. This involves advising franchise leaders, assessing and managing legal risks, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, managing litigation and disputes, and supporting business development initiatives. Additionally, the role includes engaging and managing outside counsel, providing guidance on policies, and collaborating with other lawyers to align with best practices globally. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Japanese University or law school, LLB, LLM, or JD－ Japanese Bengoshi qualification － Business level in both English and Japanese － 6 years PQE or above － MNC experience, OR Healthcare industry, is preferred, it is not mandatory － Corporate experience, OR secondment from Law firm experience is also ok 【歓迎（WANT）】 The ideal candidate embodies the company’s core values, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork while adapting to changing roles and responsibilities. They excel in communication, counsel senior management on complex legal matters, and navigate a multinational, cross－border environment.
