① Ensure Department policy and priorities based on the mid/long term business plan in alignment with the CHC IA Japan strategy ② Ensure stable operation processes of the products for SSP, and maintain proper inventory level in Production and Market ③ Proactively work with internal stakeholders including commercial department and brings in optimal results for cross functional objectives, and contribute to Sanofi worldwide through the creation of new features or best practices related to PSC ④ Ensure all launch schedules as planned and supply plans for successful product launch ⑤ Actively promote HSE activities and act concretely in order to secure a safe workplace ⑥ Realize Organizational and Talent Development in PSC END RESULTS EXPECTED ① ・Develop 4 years CapEx plan, Identify priorities at the department and cascade down to the groups ・Secure enough resources and create suitable resource plan for the implementation ② ・Analyze sales forecast and its trend of product portfolio ・Control the committed lead time of individual process ・Delivery a certain amount of product by due date ・Enhance pack to order principle ・Improve overall productivity ・Increase flexibility of production ・Shorten the PCT ・Maintain customer service level and safety ・Set up KPI target for PSC ③ ・Create Win－win situation for cross functional teams ・Secure a communication channel with concerned functions ・Organize regular meeting and participate in other meetings ・Share information and expertise in a timely manner ・Achieve the target assigned as a member of global logistic country ・Create new features or best practices in own business field and penetrate them globally ・Build up good human relations and network in Sanofi ④ ・Adjust the discrepancy of production plan between BU and IA ・Prepare proper supply plan all for products ・Set up the delivery route and maintain its condition ・Ensure to supply products in time to meet the deadline ⑤ ・Applicable laws and regulations ・Reporting procedures for all accidents or incidents ・Training requests ・Issuing a letter of commitment to HSE ・Provide adequate resources for HSE program development and support ・Perform routine assessment of the program ⑥ ・Solve identified issues in the organization ・Provide development opportunities to members in the organization ・Maximize motivation of members through coaching ・Secure talent pipeline for key positions ・Develop and implement succession plan in PSC |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Formal Education And/Or Experience Required:・University degree or knowledge equivalent to it ・More than 5 years work experience in manufacturing factory ・Background in supply management and production planning or the equivalent in experience Knowledge And Skills: ・Extensive knowledge of laws and regulations relating to the manufacturing, packaging and distribution of pharmaceuticals ・Knowledge of employment laws and guidelines ・Leadership Competencies ・Strategy development ・Negotiation skills for supplier management （Materials/ Warehouse management system, Transportation company） |
