Account management: ? Work together with APAC team acting as a bridge between customer and suppliers to support account management for Request for Quotation (RFQ) and contract extension including negotiation with supplier/s. Manage suppliers’ contracts and rate cards. ? Co-operation with Operation team to get any information regarding the business. ? Interface with the customer, managing escalations, and facilitating dispute resolution. ? Escalate any trouble issues to customer and find solution for problem solve. ? Chairing and scheduling of the periodic business review meetings with the customer (Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Customer Meetings and operation meetings. ? Participate in customer operational reviews, presentation, and proposals locally. ? Maintain joint business plans and good relationship with customer and LLP. ? Continuously develop alternative solutions to achieve long term success of the customers. ? Develop new business opportunities with existing customers. ? Present and sell proposal/idea to and convince customers. ? Supervise the billing team and ensure monthly billing correctly. ? Work with GM to improve < CXM >Customer Satisfaction Survey results. ? Support GM to manage any initiatives, projects, and other works. Support function: ? Handling daily customer delivery IT parts orders and make sure the order delivery route and cost is proper, ensure timely delivery by different types of orders. ? Ensure the daily operation is properly and provide the best cost-effective solution to the customers. ? Support the Outsource call center (SPOC) operation if require. ? Involve to support analysis month KPI from dashboard and make sure provide accurate monthly reporting to customer and suppliers. ? Support SPOC manager to hold monthly meetings with customer and suppliers to discuss the result and ensure improvement. |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 -Ideally 2 years management experience with responsibility for Warehouse operations and flexibility.-Degree in relevant discipline -Cross cultural competence and international business exposure/experience -Native Japanese speaker is preferred and reading/written communication in English is required. -Able to use the software system without resistance (WMS, Power BI, etc) -Communication skill and can-do spirit. |
