仕事内容 Purpose of this position / Position summary
The Communication Lead’s is to drive Japan communication both externally and internally and as such is an essential driver for change management. By driving the timely and meaningful internal, company-wide communication about Japan you actively contribute to the success of Japan’s current transformation.
Primary duties and responsibilities
1. Internal Communication
• Identifies areas of improvements, pain points.
• Integrates Global transformation initiatives and strategic developments and puts them into the local context.
• Defines and organizes workshops with the local team to understand then decide how to communicate how the change strategy will be implemented in Japan.
• Provides guidance and coaching to all team members on how to approach internal communication.
• Is responsible for adapting and localizing the intranet web site, Team.
• Generates content for newsletter or other desired internal communication media.
• Organizes and drives the monthly J30 meetings as well as quarterly off-site meetings.
2. Corporate Communication.
• Is in charge of defining the Japan corporate communication strategy.
• Is responsible for Japan Corporate web page.
• Liaises with Corporate Branding Team to apply all rules and initiativbes in Japan.
• Analyzes, proposes and develop relevant media channel for Japan such as Linkedin page.
3. CEO support
• Works closely with the CEO on specific strategic initiatives.
• Supports on projects basis with organization set up and content development.
• Liaises with both Global and Local stakeholders for a complete implementation

Education requirements / Experience / Job Specifications
1. Education / Professional Certification
• University degree, preferably in marketing, corporate communications or change management.
2. Experience
• At least 1 year of professional experience in an internal communication role, familiar with digital and B2B industry topics.
• Proven experience of successfully coordinating many internal stakeholders embracing ambiguity in a “deliver to promise” fashion.
3. Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics
• A sharp analytical mind quickly grasping the business relevance of ideas.
• Strong communication skills paired with empathy to easily navigate corporate environments.
• A creative and goal-oriented approach with stakeholder-oriented solution thinking.
• Readiness and willingness to learn fast, a pro-active mindset and strong competencies to connect and collaborate.
• Fluent Japanese and advanced English language skills.
