The DELIVER organization strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer-facing functions such as distribution, customer service, logistics and transportation across Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.

DELIVER APAC manages a complex network of Distribution centers (DC’s) and Customer Services centers across APAC supporting multiple distribution channels to J&J broad range of customers.

■PURPOSE OF POSITION
This position serves as the cluster lead for Deliver Integration, responsible for shaping and implementing our regional strategy, collaborating across Janssen Supply Chain, Data Operations, Commercial, Quality, Finance and Global DELIVER Operations (Distribution, Transportation, Customer Service & Capabilities, IT) to ensure alignment of regional priorities to global and E2E strategies of JJIM, driving global harmonization across JJIM DELIVER on product introduction and product change management ,also strengthening functional expertise and leveraging best practice to improve operational capabilities, efficiency & excellence across JJIM Deliver Asia Pacific Operations.

■KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively contribute to New Product Launch teams ensuring visibility to regions and DELIVER capabilities are built in.
POC for regional RAD, D&IM, Commercial for regional business strategy, translate commercial customer product supply strategies into DELIVER to optimize network capabilities while strengthen the product portfolio.
Evaluate new and innovative business capabilities to drive incremental value for business.
Collaborate and integrate across all DELIVER departments to ensure product continuity, compliance, efficiency, and Transparency.
Define and implement technology, digitalization and analytics solutions to support process capability maturity.
Own the Analytics capability for Deliver APAC in alignment with Global and make sure those metrics, analytics are driving up customer experience, SC efficiencies and Strategy implementation to support business growth.
Develop System Solution deployment strategy and roadmap aligned with operation and business priorities.
Define business process standards, develop and execute on clear strategy and outline best practices to improve cost/efficiency/service for cluster. Strengthen Continuous Improvement capabilities and culture. Lead JJOS (lean methodology) opportunity implementations for the region and drive business excellence across all Deliver elements and processes.
Lead all regional Deliver excellence programmes across the Deliver CoE for the Cluster.
Support regional Deliver Segment leadership in prioritizing investment in relevant areas to reach best in class performance
応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

■EXPERIENCE AND FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:
Education and/or additional training: BA in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business required; Advanced degree like MA and MBA preferred.
Lean/Six Sigma Certified, with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement programs and culture.
Min. 5 years in end-to-end supply chain related disciplines and a minimum of 5 years demonstrated direct people management experience is required.
Deep expertise across core Order to Cash processes, with strong knowledge of transportation and Warehouse operational processes and systems (SAP, WMS, TMS etc)
Fluency in both Japanese and English.
Previous experience managing warehousing operations preferred.
Strong understanding of SAP processes in order-to-cash and procure-to-pay modules (SD/MM)
Strong experience/understanding of process design, standards definition and implementation and building best practices in Operations efficiency
Proven track record of delivering cost savings and service improvement from data driven insights.
Experience in designing and deploying digitalization solutions and analytics capabilities for cost/service visibility.
Strong Warehouse transition experience demonstrated from leading multiple warehouse transition projects
Successfully lead multiple large scale / complex projects covering multiple markets, experienced with project management methodologies (eg, PMI/PMP, Prince2, FPX etc)
Strong Customer focused orientation and pro-active attitude
Experienced supplier management, with demonstrated cases of strong negotiation and influence to deliver
Warehouse tendering support experience, including solution and facility design, partner negotiation, transition planning and issue management.
Proficient understanding of supplier contracts, contract/legal clauses, and experience in mitigating contractual issues with suppliers.
Track record of developing and building diverse, high-performance teams with a strong sense of mission, capable of navigating matrix organizations
Skills to build an organization embracing a culture of functional excellence and continuous improvement
E2E mindset and collaborative, influence-based leadership approach
Ability to promote a vision and drive change to transform organizations, via strong engagement/communication
Highly skilled communicator with demonstrated ability to synthesize large quantities of information and present cogent recommendations
Previous experience in Pharmaceutical operations, with strong understanding of local regulatory and statutory requirements for product import, storage, labelling and distribution.
Highly collaborative and influential. Ability to work regionally and globally, across businesses units and functions, building strong partnerships internally and externally with strong customer focus.
