仕事内容 |
・Successfully resolve technical issues (hardware and software) from incoming internal or external businesses and end user's contacts and proactive notification systems. ・Follow Change Management processes and procedures. ・Respond to service, product, technical, and customer- relations questions on subjects such as features, specifications, and repairs on current and discontinued products, parts, and options, based on customer entitlement (warranty through mission-critical). ・Proactively assist internal or external businesses and end users to avoid or reduce problem occurrence. ・Recommend and explain resolutions to external customers/clients by utilizing knowledge of ITIL ・Maintain quality on case documentation, SLA timeframes and operational metrics. ・Handle Problem Management, Post Incident Reviews and RCA ・Partners regularly with the Sales Pursuit team. |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 Eligibility & Qualification:・Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or Equivalent). ・Around 7 years of relevant experience in relevant technologies and customer environments. ・Experience in Private Cloud/Cloud Technologies ・Experience in IT operation and maintenance ・Advanced software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage and peripheral devices. Successful Candidates ・Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English ・Have excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills ・Have ability to initiate and lead actions 【歓迎(WANT)】 ・Experience in VMWare vSphere, NSX, vSAN・Certification on the latest track like VMware VCP/vSAN, ITIL |
