仕事内容 |
This position is responsible for external strategy development and excellent execution especially at key top retail customers. Shopper needs and shopping habits (purchasing channel) become diversified. Thus, single template of customer selling story is no longer meaningful. This position is developing fit-for-use/ tailored customer selling story which focused on distribution and shelving based on standard selling story which developed by sales strategy & G2M team for key channel & customer. At key customer, Danone will penetrate more in category growth, not manufacturer/ brand growth via category management, and help for building stronger relationship with key customer (Joint Business Planning). With these purposes, deeper collaboration with sales customer team is an essential. Also timely and periodically providing feedback of field sales to sales HQ team is expected. 【Main responsibilities】 • External strategy development - Develop customer selling story particularly for effective assortment and shelving with whole Danone Japan portfolio by collaborating with Channel & Category Strategy team - Tailoring selling story for key customer and helping for customer JBP (Joint Business Planning) together with field customer team • Category management - Provide category overview analysis and growth opportunities to sales team as well as external customer by collaborating with marketing and S&I team. - Develop planogram strategy and selling story by incorporating our brands’ strategies and plans - At key customer, have stronger relationship with their key stakeholder(s) by playing as a consultant (white coat) to develop and execute customer category growth plans (a.k.a. Category captaincy) • Capability development and selling support for Sales team - Lead the capability development of Sales team especially for Category analysis, data based approach, shelf proposal collaborating across function and team. |

応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 - Solid Sales experience in FMCG- Experience of Category management and Shelf development software - Good understanding of Japanese retail landscape and shopper - Global framework deployment experience - Understanding of basic financials (components of P&L) - Native level of written and spoken Japanese and intermediate level of written and spoken English - Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Strong interpersonal communication skills & ability to work cross-functionally - Strong ownership to deliver the project - Strong challenging spirit with never give up attitude - Agile Entrepreneurship - Flexibility to change - Excellent presentation skills |
