This role will be responsible for the strategic oversight and management of business intelligence and data management initiatives. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of business processes to drive data－driven decision－making across the organization. ・Lead BI/Data platform delivery initiatives, leveraging tools such as Power BI and databases including Microsoft SQL, SSAS, and SSIS. ・Design and implement data models and data sources to meet comprehensive BI/reporting requirements. ・Drive the standardization of BI reports and data to ensure consistency and accuracy across the organization. ・Foster a culture of self－service analytics, enabling users to customize reports and derive insights pertinent to their roles. ・Ensure compliance with data governance standards and best practices for BI systems. 【勤務地】東京本社 |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent required.・Proven experience in leading BI/Data platform delivery initiatives and designing data models. ・Experience in identifying opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies. ※BIプロジェクト経験必須。 ・English: Professional working proficiency and above. ・Japanese : Full professional proficiency and above. ・Strong understanding of BI tools and databases, with a focus on Microsoft technologies. ・Demonstrated ability to standardize BI reports and data. ・Commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices in BI and data management. ・Demonstrated ability to maintain clear communication channels with IT and business stakeholders. ・Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non－technical audience. ・Demonstrated ability to convert complex business functions into technical specifications. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Qualification in Business Analysis or equivalent preferred.（求める人物像・スキル） ・Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross－functional teams. ・Demonstrated strong communication and influencing skills – oral, written, listening, executive presentations. ・Demonstrated ability to partner with business representatives at all levels to identify needs, define and document requirements, and drive solutions. ・Demonstrated ability to guide the business towards optimal solutions. |
