CRM Specialist Job Summary: The CRM Specialist will be involved in planning CRM strategies, implementing measures, monitoring, and improving the verification process. In cooperation with the Customer Experience Lead, you will work to improve customer experience by making effective use of customer data and maximizing LTV. Main duties: • CRM strategy formulation: Planning and execution of measures that will lead to the retention and expansion of loyal customers • Collaborate with data scientists to analyze data, build and execute PDCA cycles • CRM data quality management and improvement • Improve CRM tools to make them easier for users to use • User training and manual creation • Respond to global system changes on the Japanese side Required qualifications and skills: • Experience in building BtoB CRM strategies • Experience in managing and operating CRM systems • Experience in data analysis and report creation • Experience using data visualization tools （e.g. Tableau, etc.） • Customer－centric thinking and behavior • Excellent communication skills • Business－level Japanese and English Preferred qualifications and skills: • Knowledge of data science and statistics • Salesforce administrator • Experience using marketing automation tools （e.g. Marketo, etc.） • Project management skills Location: Tokyo Employment Type: Full time |
