Responsible for developing, enhancing and retaining client relationships/assets, focused on multiple wholesale partners including local sub‐advisory partners and distributors in Japan. Key Work Level Accountabilities: Manager or Expert ・For people managers, accountable for managing and motivating others to ensure quality of delivery to customers and stakeholders ・For technical specialists, accountable for delivering expert advice or service, using specialist knowledge and subject matter expertise ・Applies judgement to deliver outcomes, evaluating a range of potential solutions, considering the impact for customers, cost and risk Restricted ・Manages conflicts that may impact delivery ・Challenges upwards given knowledge of delivery and awareness of complex systems and the broader picture ・Identifies and anticipates need for changes to continuously improve quality and efficiency of output ・Manages resources and risks using expert judgment, know‐how and experience Key Responsibilities for this role: ・Responsible for developing, enhancing and retaining client relationships/assets, focused on multiple wholesale partners including local sub‐advisory intermediary partners and distributors in Japan. ・Identify, target, develop, build and manage relationships with wholesale partners by proactively promoting our products. This will require a high level of investment knowledge. ・Develop business building ideas for wholesale partners and work with internal teams to produce them. ・Success will be measured by quantitative and qualitative targets in this channel and the ability to strengthen ties with key players in Japan. ・Gather and share intelligence on wholesale channel prospects and clients in the country. ・Deliver exceptional client service by being a reliable source of value added assistance, providing updates on existing investments, running educational workshops and responding to ad‐hoc requests. ・Work with the Regional team based in Asia where applicable to support intermediary partners. ・Formulate and execute individual annual business plans. |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 ・Bachelor degree with at least 15 years of experience in distribution / senior sales professional role within an asset management business・Strong interest in financial markets, clear understanding of industry, market and client requirements ・Solid knowledge in capital markets and investment products is required ・Strong attention to detail and deadlines, flexible, resourceful and ability to multi task ・Having consultant relationship experience would be advantageous ・Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills ・Proactive, independent and a strong team player ・Strong language skills in English is an advantage |
