| 仕事内容 |
• Work with the rest of the Business Development team and senior management to strategize Japan sales to raise assets and ensure long term growth. • Research, identify and build new networks and use existing relationships. • Manage the entire sales process from qualifying to closing. • Develop and maintain a strong technical understanding of our products and strategies in order to effectively and confidently discuss with clients and prospects. • Confidently present to clients, prospects and intermediaries on the company’s investments and funds/strategies. • Build rapport and work with fund / investment management teams effectively. • Be able to have constructive input to sales process and help develop ideas around efficiency for wider business development function. • Contribute to the production of high－quality sales and marketing materials and marketing activity. • Travel regularly across coverage areas to build and maintain relationships with clients/investors. • Conduct operational and financial reviews of the regional business when required. • Help maintain governance frameworks and ensure regulatory standards are upheld at all times. • Maintaining the Client Relationship Management （CRM） database （Salesforce） • Arranging meetings and providing interpretation services for senior members and portfolio managers visiting Japan from overseas. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Strong academic background, with a bachelor’s degree as a minimum.• 5－10＋ years of relevant experience （client facing, financial markets） （experience in asset management firm are prefarable）. • Native level Japanese and fluency in English. • Result driven and entrepreneurial attitude. Able to multitask and perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Knowledge and familiarity with the financial markets and investment funds, acquired through education and experience. |
