－ Lead the Customer Service Field Application team members － Manage daily operations to provide technical support to customers ＆ distributors － Drive business revenue by supporting presales activities － Provide expert technical knowledge and collaborate with internal support teams to resolve difficult/complex situations － Manage the training of individuals and distributors with additional education and technical assistance as needed － Identify needed improvements in current technical support processes and update needed changes to SOPs |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － At least 8 years of relevant Field Service or Application Sales and/or Laboratory experience in Microbiology/Molecular Biology－ At least 3 years of people－management experience － Bilingual in Japanese and English as you will report to someone based outside of Japan － Excellent interpersonal skills through previous experiences such as teaching, sales or management 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Laboratory experience in Molecular Biology or Microbiology preferred.－ Project management experience preferred. － Experience facing customers from QC labs or life science customers. |
