We are seeking a Sales Manager for our Large Customer Sales Advertising business, based in Tokyo. This role will lead a team of Account Managers, who are experts in Retail Media, focused on delivering revenue targets and driving results through Performance Marketing. Impact and Career Growth: • Leadership: Lead a team of retail media experts to deliver media strategies that maximize clients’ return on investment. You will guide your team in achieving revenue targets and organizational goals. • Customer Focus: Ensure your team deeply understands their customers Retail Media objectives and sells media strategies that drive measurable performance. You will act as a strategic advisor and thought leader on performance marketing and retail media. • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Account Executives, Retail, Product, and Creative to ensure seamless execution. You will also represent Amazon externally, supporting your team in complex client negotiations • Team Development: Hire, develop, and coach a world-class sales team. You will manage resources to maximize impact and ensure high engagement and retention. Key Job Responsibilities: • Business Acumen: Demonstrate strong business judgment and sales management skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strategic Execution: Own the forecasting of business outcomes, regularly auditing your team’s revenue pipeline and adjusting strategies to meet targets. • Drive Results: Ensure your team consistently delivers on advertiser satisfaction, revenue growth, and high renewal rates. • Optimize Growth: Define strategies, processes, and tools to accelerate growth and maximize ROI for clients. About the team Large Customer Sales (LCS) は日本を代表する大手企業、グローバル企業向けのマーケティングパートナーとしてお客様を最優先に考え、日々提案活動を行う営業チームです。販売促進の目的だけでなく、ブランドの認知や構築の提案も積極的に行っています。ECならではの強みを活かし、広告から最終的な購入までの流れを可視・分析したり、直線的ではないカスタマージャーニーを踏まえたフルファネルでの効果測定を用いて広告主様に対して価値ある提案が出来ることも醍醐味です。また、Amazon Adsのさまざまなチームのリソースを活用しつつ、社外パートナーの広告代理店様とも積極的に協業していきます。 |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 - 8+ years of experience in digital advertising or client facing roles- 4+ years of experience in people management - Strong negotiating skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders - Proven record of attracting, retaining and growing exceptional sales teams - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) - Bachelor’s degree - Native level or equivalent Japanese language proficiency - Business level English language proficiency 【歓迎(WANT)】 - Master's degree- Previous people management experience in the advertisement industry |
