Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務 1. Mission Drive digital strategy to re－invent the division to become global leader in professional beauty industry 2. Key Job Accountabilities Build digital strategies for brands in line with global direction with consumer centricity and ensure the execution. ・Ensure to place customer ＆ consumer insights at the heart of our marketing ＆ business model ・E－commerce: implement the e－commerce strategy for our brands, ensuring the global consumer experience. ・Integrate digital into division strategy to drive more consumers to our customer salons ・Consumer touch points/media strategy: Plan ＆ optimize media （all touch points） strategy ＆ investments ・Social media management: Create, develop, manage communities （consumers, KOLs, hairdressers） and implement the social media strategy to support our brands ・Offer digital educational platform to hairdressers to support sustainable salon development Key Contacts キーコンタクト ・Report to Division General Manager based in Japan ・Collaborate and work closely with brand team ・Mainly with Marketing, Sales, Brand Communication, Education and Trade marketing ・Brands covered: Kerastase ・Liaise with international counterpart （DMI/Zone） as necessary （※売上世界トップ外資系化粧品メーカー:BEAUTY PACKAGING「世界の化粧品メーカー売上ランキング」調べ） |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Expected Experience and Skills 必須の経験・スキル・Expertise in e－commerce （mainly indirect: Rakuten, Amazon etc）, digital marketing, social media, CRM, digital media ・Successful experience with the ECOM Platform ・Experience leading ECOM's business on the brand side ・Understanding of digital trends ＆ technologies ・Understand of beauty trends and passion to lead beauty business at e－commerce ・Strong project management and solid analytical skills ・Strong leadership to drive digital transformation with multiple stakeholders （Global, Region ＆ Japan） ・Highly collaborative and interpersonal skill for project management ・People Management skill ＆ experiences ・Fluency in both Japanese and English ・Flexibility ＆ Commitment Preferred Experience and Skills 望まれる経験・スキル ・Understanding of hairdressing business and market |
