The APAC Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager is responsible for supporting the activation of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) efforts to successful align and deliver the Company’s DEI strategy across multiple business areas, countries and offices in the APAC region. Reporting to the DEI Director, APAC, this role will engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, to design and assist in delivery of programs that support global and APAC specific diversity activities and goals, with a prime focus on our Japan based business units. |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 • 4 + years professional work experience in an Asia/APAC DEI role.• Experience in developing and implementing DEI programs, events and initiatives. • Experience navigating a cross cultural organisation. • Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions. • End to end project management experience. • Strong and inclusive communication skills with the ability to engage different audiences in a commercial context. |
