Essential Duties and Responsibilities ・Assist in the running of internal day－to－day operations on projects like creative management and social channel management ・Work closely with partner teams in other countries ・Understand and execute creative guidelines ・Have a broad understanding of major social platforms. ・Gather/organize key data for competitive industry and market analysis ・Prepare regular status reports ・Develop an understanding of the Client’s business ・Assist in preparation of research materials ・Be prepared to apply learnings to day－to－day activities and discussions ・Familiarizes self with data/research resources ・Begins to develop analytic and interpretive skills and contributes insights ・Maintain accurate timesheets that are completed by required deadlines Client Relationships Serve as a primary client contact, presenting and discussing strategic and creative concepts with clients. |

勤務時間：コアタイム無しのフレックス制 / 裁量労働制 雇用形態：正社員 ※基本的に正社員での採用を前提としていますが、選考時の評価次第で契約社員での採用になる可能性もあります。 給与詳細：応相談 想定年収 ：現年収・希望年収を考慮してオファーいたします 賞与 ：会社業績/個人業績に応じて年1回6月に支給 昇給 ：年1回8月に昇給可能性あり 試用期間あり 試用期間3ヶ月 |

【必須（MUST）】 Who you areYou are someone who is curious about creative management with an affinity for other countries and cultures. You are also someone who is digital and social native. You will be a team player, proficient in PowerPoint and Word. With excellent communication skills ? written and oral. Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously. You are able to function in a fast－paced environment, have strong problem－solving skills, and are detail－oriented. Communication Skills ・Have an affinity for and ability to communicate with different cultures ・Work closely with strategy and creative teams to design holistic, considered recommendations for the client ・Be able to articulate feedback clearly and concisely ・Be a good listener ・Master business－writing skills ・Demonstrate good follow up skills ・Be responsive to verbal and non－verbal cues Leadership Responsibilities ・Builds relationships with the entire account team and becomes a reliable source for anyone who needs help. ・Interfaces with other counties and offices effectively |
