The Project Manager's primary role is to manage and successfully delivery of programs and projects. This includes responsibility for planning, execution, controlling and closure of projects. The Project Manager is expected to facilitate communications, remove obstacles, and motivate team members while provide visibility to management on schedule and risks (budget, schedule, quality, and capacity etc.). As an experienced project manager, the role will also champion structured project-based working, support PMO tool and process development and support less experienced managers in developing solid project management skills. ACCOUNTABILITIES ACCOUNTABILITY 1 Drive communication and co-ordination for the success of the programs/projects and provide status reports and other project information to stakeholders and senior management on a regular basis. ACCOUNTABILITY 2 Apply project management, change management, service management methodology and usability practices based on known solutions, applications and best practices assuring adherence to standards. ACCOUNTABILITY 3 Ensure measures are taken to increase quality and mitigate risk, manage scope change and expectation, including risk analyses, impact assessment, needs assessment, financial analysis, requirements sign off, test planning and execution, contingency and deployment plans. ACCOUNTABILITY 4 Ensure development and distribution of quality program/project-related documentation to all interested parties, including plans and schedules, charters, communications plans, requirements documents, design documents, deployment plans, test plans, maintenance transition plans, and closing reports. ACCOUNTABILITY 5 Drive the programs/projects within agreed scope, budget, resources, and timing. ACCOUNTABILITY 6 Support PBO tool and process development and enhancement as required including participating in the design, resource oversight, UAT, and the capture and monitoring of key PBO metrics. |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 - A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management with ability to drive and take ownership of projects.- Experience with transformation projects in different industries, working in multinational companies. - Strong communication skills with all the organizational layers: strong presentation skills, translate complex information to concise and clear communication contents, meeting facilitation with solid time management (large and diverse meeting group). - Very good organization and planning skills. Plans 2-3 steps ahead. Pro-actively anticipates management governance needs PMP/Prince Certified (not mandatory but preferred) - Strong logical thinking coupled with disciplined operations. - High attention to detail e.g. in data management quality. - Proficient in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Bi-lingual Business level English / Japanese |
