Position: Product Manager About the Role We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead marketing initiatives for our product portfolio. This role combines strategic marketing leadership with hands－on execution to drive business growth and market presence. Key Responsibilities ● Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve sales, profit, and market share targets ● Lead product marketing initiatives while managing associated operations ● Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and trends ● Create and implement marketing plans and programs to enhance business performance ● Collaborate with MarComm team on branding and promotional activities ● Provide regular performance analysis and reporting ● Work closely with sales teams to execute marketing initiatives ● Manage promotional budgets and optimize spending efficiency ● Oversee distribution channel management and dealer promotions ● Coordinate with cross－functional teams （Purchase, Service, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs） to ensure product quality and supply ● Maintain effective communication with Global Marketing team |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Required Qualifications● 5＋ years of marketing or business planning experience ● Demonstrated global business/marketing acumen and leadership ● Strong understanding of financial fundamentals （profit management, cost analysis, ROI, depreciation） ● Excellent interpersonal skills for cross－functional collaboration ● Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies ● Strong multitasking abilities with effective prioritization skills ● Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and insights generation ● Proficient in creating impactful presentations using Word and PowerPoint ● Fluency in Japanese and Business－level English |
