仕事内容 Purpose of the Position:
• This role will support the planning, development and deployment of specific CRM branded events based on our brand strategy focusing on the enhancement of IQOS next level brand experience. These events will be deployed across different touchpoints to connect and engage consumers with IQOS to discover a unexpected, surprising and unprecedented next level experiences.
• Support supervisor to secure a consistent brand platform across event channel to further strengthen IQOS as THE Meaningfully Different and Premium brand in Japan. To emotionally engage and excite our consumers at scale as well as to engaging through both offline and online branded contents to secure a consistent omni channel journey synchronizing with our commercial activity calendar.
• Build and secure strong business relationship across various event organizers and key stakeholders across various event channels (ie: Music, Motor Sports, Fashion, Art, Culinary, Trade Shows, Cultural etc.) and sponsorship contract management.
• Support to secure the deployment of high-quality execution excellence, engagements/experiences through deep cross functional collaboration with key stakeholders (Internal/External) teams/stakeholders.
• Deliver a seamless consumer experience/journey by bridging offline channels to our online contents (O2O Strategy)
• Performance management and Financial through tracking, analytics per event and reporting to further develop our HNB (Heat-Not-Burn) environments and improve the quality of our engagement platform and ROI.

Accountabilities
【Activation strategy and program design】
• By understanding the role of event team, identify key actions for strategic contributions on business priorities
• Conduct event industry research to profile all potential opportunities in the market, gathering relevant data such as audience demographic, organizers' relationships etc
• Provide feasibility assessment on touchpoint design and structure options, engagement mechanics, money can't buy experiences and opportunity for assets creations

【Program planning】
• Manage schedules and deadlines of assigned tasks with frequent status updates in a transparent manner
• Implement minimum of 6 profiled major event plugins per year focusing on high traffic events across various categories relevant for target consumers with excellent executional effectiveness and efficiency to achieve high level quantitative / qualitative objectives
• Manage/comply a rigorous feasibility check of all events including safety, compliance (ie: Marketing Code 04-C, TIOJ Rules) and brand fit
• Provide timely updates on operational schedules.

【Brand Experience delivery】
• Translate execution concept into actions to ensure the best consumer experiences (contents, brand experience, emotional engagements)
• Successfully execute the best standards of engagement at each touch point and high standard of F2F emotional engagement executions with timely monitoring and improvements
• Ensure all executions (all brand material and contents) are executed with high quality to bring the best standard of consumer experiences
• Always challenge/make stakeholders challenge status quo and pursue relentless improvements for better consumer experiences

【External Stakeholders management】
• Expand relationships with event organizers and developing network to further build brand presence in the market
• Manage / closely work with external vendor & partners to secure high quality standards of execution
• Manage contractual agreements and relationship with event organizers to expand PMJ's freedom to maximize brand engagement/experience (ex. locations / ideal booth size & number / food and beverages / backstage tour / artist collaboration / event original goods / music & video usage / live streaming / food and beverages etc...)
• Manage the conditions for event brand collaborators (MCs, DJs, Artists) and ensure the quality of execution (by monitoring / vendor management)
• Ensure contracted 3rd parties partner agencies/vendors follow all policies and procedures (SMS safety regulations, E&C, Marketing Code 04-C, TIOJ Rules)

【Financial planning and reporting】
• Manage/monitor budgeted sponsorship fee / construction / operation cost with timely PO issuance / GR input / payment in timely manner
• Monitor / check progress of channel KPIs and report
• Generate per event report to measure effectiveness/ efficiencies as well as monitor qualitative feedback such as VOC and VOS
• Report insights in a timely manner to measure channel effectiveness and for learnings implementation, in compliance with PMI policies and financial RF terms

【Team Building and Empowering People】
• Adhere to PMI DNA’s principle and demonstrate DNA principles as well as influence others for better work places and collaborations
• Proactively take actions, contribute, positively influence other pro-channel team members and stakeholders
• Translate business objectives /KPI into tangible actions which are cleary set and monitor / update progress

Requirements
• Degree
• Japanese - Native (verbal, written, presentation), English- Fluent (verbal, written, presentation)
• Proficiency in PC skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Relevant experience in event management, CRM, consumer engagement, planning, project management
• Specific experience working on customer retention strategies with cross-functional stakeholders from local and global teams
• Proven experience in managing and developing a team
• Deep understanding of consumer strategy and engagement, with experience in both online and offline touchpoints
• Experience with both digital and physical content strategy including experience in agency and vendor management
• Understanding of consumer trends and their application to our industry
• Experience working with CRM Platforms such as Salesforce
