仕事内容 Ataway Japan is looking for its first Sales Leader or Manager for our growing Change Management Education Services Division (Prosci®).
This will be your chance to join as the first person at this level to lead this area within our sales organization.

Our offerings include certification programs, customized training, and advisory services tailored to meet the complex needs of enterprise clients across industries. As we expand our reach, we are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our business.

Position Overview:
As the Sales Leader, you will play a critical role in acquiring and growing enterprise accounts by selling our Prosci® Change Management education services. This is a outbound business development sales role, where you will focus on new business development, identifying high-potential opportunities, and closing deals with large enterprise clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of selling to senior executives in complex, consultative sales environments, ideally within change management, L&D, HCM, DX or enterprise training services. Your ability to build relationships, navigate organizational structures, and demonstrate the value of our Prosci®-based solutions will be key to your success.

Responsibilities:
· New Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and engage enterprise prospects across various industries to generate new business opportunities for Prosci® Change Management education services.
· Prosci® / GAN Collaboration: Work closely with the Prosci® globally to understand the strategy and tactics used for business acceleration and aligning our activities with their vision and approach. This will call for being up to date on the latest trends, products, service offerings, holding seminars, attending events, and study sessions.
· Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve individual and team sales goals, focusing on penetrating large enterprise accounts.
· Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth needs analysis and present the best solution for customers that demonstrate the value of our Prosci® solutions to senior-level decision-makers
(e.g., C-Suite, HR, Change Management, and Learning & Development leaders).
· Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, ensuring a deep understanding of the client’s change management needs.
· Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contracting.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and consulting service teams to align sales efforts with business goals and ensure client satisfaction.
· Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and enterprise challenges in change management to tailor solutions and provide thought leadership to clients.
· Pipeline Management: Accurately maintain and update CRM with prospect details, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.
· Event Ambassador: Attend events, seminars, conferences, etc, around Change Management and promote the Prosci® service for Ataway Japan.
· Team Management: As business grows, work with management to hire and scale up your sales team.

始業時間は10:00AMに繰り下げ可能

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

· 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on enterprise customers.
· Ideally sales experience with or around HR, change management, learning & development, or professional education/training.
· Demonstrated ability to source and secure new business, with a focus on driving revenue growth through new enterprise accounts.
· Experience selling to large organizations, including navigating complex decision-making processes and building relationships with senior executives.
· Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to articulate value, influence buying decisions, and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
· Any familiarity with Prosci® methodologies or experience selling change management or business transformation services is a strong plus.
· A track record of exceeding sales targets and closing large, high-value deals.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
· Solution sales or Pre-sales experience in the consulting or education industry would be very nice to have.
