Ataway Japan is looking for its first Sales Leader or Manager for our growing HXM offerings. This will be your chance to join as the first person at this level to lead this area within our sales organization. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solution Sales Leader to spearhead our HXM ERP sales efforts, targeting enterprise and SMB customers. This role requires a hands-on, hunter-type sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and scaling a high-performing sales team to meet ambitious growth targets. This position will be responsible for all of our HXM business including: · ADP Payroll · Oracle HCM Cloud · SAP HCM SuccessFactors · Workday HCM · UKG (Kronos) *UKG (Kronos) will be a critical focus as we are the only provider of this solution in Japan. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and execute a full-cycle sales strategy focused on ERP and HCM solutions for enterprise and SMB markets. · Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. · Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at target companies, presenting tailored solutions that meet their business needs. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and implementation, to ensure seamless execution of deals. · Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. · Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to senior leadership. · Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to position the company's solutions as a leader in the market. 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 · Proven track record of success as a hunter in solution-based sales, particularly in ERP and HCM markets.· Extensive experience selling to both enterprise and SMB customers. · Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a history of scaling sales teams to achieve aggressive growth targets. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. · The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy. 【歓迎(WANT)】 · Experience in the consulting industry would be a plus.· Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS solutions is a plus. |
