We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Director with deep knowledge in batteries, electrification, software, and the automotive and mobility industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across Japan. You will be expected to build relationships with key decision－makers in automotive, mobility and energy sectors, and strategically position our cutting－edge battery management solutions. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Proven experience （10＋ years） in sales, account management, or business development, particularly in the automotive, mobility, energy storage, or electrification sectors.【歓迎（WANT）】 Basic understanding of battery technologies, battery management systems （BMS）, and cloud－based software solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a diverse audience. Fluent in Japanese and English essential; any additional language appreciated. Willingness to travel across Japan as needed. |
