Job Description: Involvement in planning, consideration, and site operations for offshore wind－related marine construction. Construction planning, management, process control, cost management, contract management, and safety management for offshore wind－related projects. Technical development related to offshore wind construction. Position Level: General position Relocation: None initially; possible if engaged in site work. Transportation Allowance: Fully covered Working Hours: Standard: 08:30 － 17:30 （60－minute break） Other options: 07:30 － 16:30, 10:00 － 19:00 Overtime: Approximately 20 hours per month Holidays/Vacation: 126 annual holidays （2024） 10 days of paid leave in the first year （from the 7th month） Complete two－day weekends, public holidays, Golden Week, summer holidays, New Year's holidays, company foundation day, refresh leave based on years of service Selection Process: Aptitude Test: Yes Number of Interviews: 2 （negotiable based on situation） Additional Notes: Retirement benefits system available （depending on employment type） Annual holidays may change depending on the country of assignment Final employment terms will be confirmed directly with the employer through job offers or offer letters Social Insurance: Health Insurance Welfare Pension Employment Insurance Worker's Compensation Insurance Confidentiality Notice: This job description contains confidential information and is intended solely for the addressee. Engineering experience in large－scale overseas construction projects （preferably marine）. Managing large－scale private sector projects. Employment Type: Full－time Probation Period: Yes （3 months） |
