THE ROLE Plan and execute engagement strategy for the regulatory topics aiming to secure differentiation between heat- not-burn and conventional cigarettes based on scientific evidence. This position will explore and create engagement opportunities with relevant stakeholders for proactive and effective advocacy. Additionally, this position will liaise with the Science and Medical team and third parties for the creation of compelling evidence/facts to support regulations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. ・Gather high level intelligence on the policy discussions related to the regulatory environment for tobacco and nicotine product use (including but limited to indoor and outdoor usage policy) in the national government and develop strategic action plans and execute them in most effective ways possible. ・Build and manage constructive relationships with key stakeholders, including key politicians, ministries, business organizations, academics and other relevant third parties who are able to exert influence on tobacco and nicotine usage regulation. Create opportunities for effective engagement for advocacy on company's positions regarding usage environment. ・Keep the management of PMJ and PMI informed and updated on regulatory discussions in the government regarding the tobacco and nicotine usage environment. |

【必須（MUST）】 ・Proven capability as a project leader, successfully implementing cross functional and cross geographical teams and projects（プロジェクトマネジメントの能力） ・Excellent communication and presentation skills （コミュニケーションとプレゼンテーションのスキル） ・Fluency in Japanese / English （日本語・英語力） 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・8+ years in relevant industry and/or position（同様の業界やポジションでの８年程度の経験 - 尚可） ・Proven working experiences for inter-governmental negotiations （政府間交渉の実績 - 尚可） ・Understanding of legal framework and politics (法律、政治への理解） |
