The Japan
Digital Workplace Solutions Sales Lead(Senior IC Role) will be responsible for leading & selling an expanding portfolio of lifecycle and managed services along with award-winning technology to customers under an “as a Service” model into the Japan based & head quartered customer accounts. You will need to have in depth knowledge of end user lifecycle services that include but are not limited to:

Deployment Services, Managed Services, Asset Management & He lp Desk Support, Service Contract Upgrades, Protection Services, Migration Services and Maintenance along with Professional Services that are required to Design, Deploy, and Support of client products.

The role will also focus on selling complex managed services centred around six core components, Digital Advisory services, Persona based configuration, collaboration and productivity, Unified EndPoint mgmt., Service Desk and Security.

You will be expected to attain sales targets through driving new business and evangelizing group’s Device as a Service offering. You will need to demonstrate the ability to take initiative and provide leadership in a growing & evolving business. You will need to have a successful track record of selling complex managed service solutions & services that enable or enhance a technology sale. You will champion the innovative power of our products to make companies more productive, collaborative and transformative.

You will need to understand our portfolio of award-winning products and develop strategies to help new and existing enterprise customers find and implement the best solutions. In this role, the Japan DaaS Sales Leader will be expected to drive their own sales calls, while also attending joint calls with sales team members at all levels of the customer organization. This is a client facing sales role requiring deep industry experience, the ability to identify, cultivate, and close net new business, and expertise working large deals at the C level.

【Key Responsibilities】
・Identify, progress, own and close new global account & large enterprise opportunities within the territory across multiple verticals
・Effectively and consistently use MS Dynamics and other reporting tools to track key sales metrics and consistently meet those metrics
・Ensure that our customers receive world-class sales and customer service
・Lead a cross-functional team within the company to keep deals moving through the funnel
・Understand and adapt to company’s ongoing product and services developments and how to incorporate them into an “as a Service” model
・Develop C level relationships and serve as a trusted consultant to customers
・Develop, implement, and execute an effective sales strategy to achieve sales goals
・Achieve sales objectives while driving growth across multiple product sets

【Additional Note】
・Directly Report to Director APAC Device as a Service
・This position will be a Go-to expert for the account manager and product sales, bringing together the offering from the group portfolio to build solutions that meet our largest strategic customers specific business need. This will be the highest band within our Japan IC Roles and is expected to act as a hub, managing both internal and external stakeholders to maximize revenue growth from existing customers and drive sales in solutions selling.
労働条件 ・Work Location: Akihabara UDX Head Office (Smoking area: Smoking area on the 5th floor of UDX)
・Work Structure: Hybrid work system that combines in-office and remote work.
・Employment Type: Full-time (Trial period: 6 months)
・Salary: Approximate OTE 15-25m. (Can be discussed based on experience, skills)
・Overtime pay: Not applicable (except for late night overtime and working on holidays)
・Working hours: 9:00-17:45 (break time: 1 hour (12:00-13:00))
・Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, company foundation day, special vacations

Minimum Requirements:
・Minimum 10 years Solution Sales experience and proven success, Proven success in building solutions in the IT services industry.
・7+ years of successful Solution Selling experience to Large Enterprise clients in IT Services Industry.
・Can speak fluent Japanese & English

・Experience with MS Dynamics & ServiceNow
・Consumption based sales experience in SaaS, DaaS, or Cloud Services, Managed Service
・In-depth knowledge of “as a Service” models and their value proposition
・BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience ,or MBA or Advanced technical degree

・Demonstrated track record of top performance with multi-million dollar quota attainment
・Demonstrated ability to work across all levels of the organization with a teaming attitude
・Proven ability to operate with a high level of professionalism; entrepreneurialism and agility
・Strategic mindset and sound business acumen are required, along with effective decision making, contract negotiation and partner management skills
・Excellent communication, both oral and written, and polished presentation skills •Strong prioritization skills, attention to detail, commitment to deadlines
