Universal Paper Japan is part of SinarMas APP, a global leading FMCG, has one of the world's largest pulp and paper productions. We are inviting talents in FMCG/consumer industry to join us to grow our business in Japan together! Responsibilities: - Development and implementation of strategies for Retail channels to achieve sales target. (for Kanto area) - Develop and Manage Major accounts in Key Accounts, esp drug stores chain, supermarket...etc. - Master fundamentals of B2C clients management. - Aligns with Marketing and Trade Marketing to commercialize/operationalize brand plans and effectively cascades, implements, and monitors results for effectivity and efficiency in both qualitative and quantitative KPIs. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Qualifications:- Good understanding on Retail Channel. - Minimum 6 to 7 years of experience as B2C in FMCG industry. Having experience in sales for Supermarket and drug stores is a great plus. - Experience of national & regional accounts management is highly regarded. - Solid sales skills, product knowledge and team management. - Good written and spoken Japanese & English. 【歓迎（WANT）】 - People Management skills- Stakeholder management skills - Presentation skills (customer and to global leaders) - Proactive and positive attitudes to lead the team |
