What you’ll be doing ● Liaising with local teams, such as Legal, Compliance, Technology, Risk, and Finance, and London HQ on analysing and defining the banking strategy for Revolut Japan ● Managing project prioritisation and assisting with license application ● Defining playbooks and processes execution of Revolut Japan Services for hyper-growth ● Managing and developing critical vendor relationships and strategic partnerships ● Identifying and developing key banking products and features, as well as operational, licensing, and growth opportunities |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ● Fluency in English and Japanese● Technical proficiency to create queries and perform data analysis ● Experience within the Japanese banking industry as a Technologist, Project Manager, Consultant, Corporate Strategist, etc.) ● A solid track record of achievement, having quickly assumed responsibilities or won competition awards (can be any academic, professional, and/or sport) ● The ability to break complex problems into smaller ones and to enjoy working with data ● To be curious by nature and interested in making an impact ● The ability to make a good business case and convince people to help you execute on your recommendations 【歓迎（WANT）】 ● Experience with data tools, such as SQL or Excel |
