digital creation department is engaged with the business to develop business solutions using cutting edge technologies and set itself as marketmaker for energy flexibility and supporting energy transition. The project manager / project manager office is key to above vision, as the role is to take responsibility to leading and managing the business application and software development teams, including vendors’ and contracts, planning, coordination and interfacing with various IT and business functions. responsibilities will include reporting to stakeholders at different levels and guaranteeing that all steps of the execution process are meticulously carried out. Your role will be crucial in facilitating communication, aligning project objectives with company goals, and ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables. 主な役割/責任：Main Activities 1. Plan, prioritize and manage projects from initiation to delivery 50％ 2. Collaborate with cross－functional teams: security, architects, business, 30％ 3. Resource management: Manage team’s performance and deliverables, including vendors’ deliverables 20％ |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Collaborate with a team of developers and technologists to support IT program planning and execution.－ Manage project organization, structure and resources by continiously adaping the work allocation to fit the project schedule － Develop and proactively follow project planning and identify opportunities and risk of execution － Manage issues and escalations, ensuring they are addressed promptly and efficiently － Coordinate between different teams to ensure smooth project progression. － Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and reports. － Oversee the execution steps to ensure projects are completed according to plan. － Facilitate the alignment of project objectives with overall company goals － Continuously evaluate and refine development processes to increase efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and improve the overall software development lifecycle. － Implement agile and agile＋ （for AI app dev.） methodologies or other relevant approaches to enhance team agility and adaptability － Manage the project financial KPI |
