| 仕事内容 |
The Head of Finance is responsible for managing the financial functions of Japan. Key responsibilities include overseeing accounting and consolidation, tax compliance, cash management, internal control, financial planning, reporting. The Head of Finance will also optimize productivity, and develop the finance team for top performance. Accounting ＆ Consolidation － Ensure complete, accurate accounting compliant with local GAAP, IFRS, and internal guidelines. － Manage month－end closing, financial accruals, audits, and efficient consolidation processes. Tax － Ensure tax compliance and accurate filing of reports. － Assess and manage tax risks, involving HQ Tax department as needed. － Review tax implications for major contracts and business model changes. Cash Management ＆ Treasury － Ensure compliance with Cash Management ＆ Treasury Guidelines. － Manage DSO, Credit Risk, insurance policies, and Liquidity Forecasts. － Involve HQ Treasury for business model changes. Internal Control Management － Ensure compliance with Internal Control Guidelines. － Implement control tools and maintain effective internal signing procedures. － Mitigate fraud risk and ensure fair financial representation. Planning － Ensure timely, accurate, and realistic financial planning. － Discuss and approve plans with management, assessing risks and opportunities. Reporting － Provide monthly financial reports with deviation analysis to key stakeholders. － Ensure reports are timely, relevant, and comply with group standards. Controlling － Conduct in－depth deviation analysis to support line managers in improving business performance. － Hold regular meetings to discuss reports and ensure actions are taken based on findings. Optimisation ＆ Productivity － Promote effectiveness and efficiency in financial processes and other business areas. － Initiate and implement productivity analysis with line management. People Management － Develop finance team through recruitment, clear assignments, performance appraisals, and linking compensation to performance. － Ensure a highly engaged team for optimal performance. |
