Ataway is looking for a Marketing Leader to support our growth in Japan. This exciting position requires both strategic level work as well as the hands-on ability to implement agreed marketing initiatives for our Consulting Services and for our Change Management Education Services. It will directly report to the Japan Country Manager with dotted line to the Head of Education Services. This will be your chance to join as the first person for the Japan office as we expand the business. ■Position Overview■ We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional to lead and execute the marketing strategy for our growing consulting firm, specializing in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Change Management (Prosci) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge of the IT Services industry and/or Training Services industry, along with a strong background in company branding and digital marketing, with a key focus on driving visibility and generating high-quality leads. The Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan, enhancing our brand presence, and managing the end-to-end digital marketing strategy to support business growth. The scope covers B2B and B2C (for our Education Services Open Enrollment training) lead generation, employer branding, collaborative marketing with Ataway’s partners, digital marketing, event and seminar organization, etc. ■Responsibilities■ 1.Marketing and Branding Strategy & Positioning Work with Ataway Leadership to develop and implement a compelling brand strategy to position the company as a leader in the ERP consulting and the Change Management market in Japan. Understand offering and go-to-market strategy from our key partners and work with Ataway and partners leadership on co-branding/positioning. 2.Online Marketing & Lead Generation Lead the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media. Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engage target audiences, and convert leads into sales opportunities. Utilize analytics to measure and optimize the performance of online marketing activities, ensuring high ROI and customer engagement. Work with global marketing to improve Ataway Japan’s website, ensuring it remains optimized for conversions and effectively communicates our services. Work with the Head of Education Services to maintain the Education Services website, managing and maintaining content (course calendar, campaigns, blog and articles, etc.) Create compelling and engaging content to attract top talent, support recruitment goals and driving the company's growth. 3.Content & Thought Leadership Collaborate with subject matter experts (line managers) to create engaging content (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, blogs, videos) that showcases Ataway’s expertise and value proposition. Position the company as a thought leader by leveraging content marketing, webinars, and speaking engagements. Ensure that content strategy is aligned with SEO goals and enhances online visibility. 4.Market Research & Competitive Analysis Conduct regular market research and analyze industry trends to inform marketing strategies and keep the company ahead of competitors. Monitor competitor activity and provide insights into competitive positioning and growth opportunities. 5.Collaboration with Sales & Consulting Teams Partner with sales and consulting teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business development goals. Support sales enablement by developing marketing materials and tools that assist with customer engagement and retention. |

応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 · 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with at least 3 years in a leadership role, and ideally in a B2Bconsulting or technology environment. · Proven track record of managing and growing a brand within the ERP, Change Management, or broader technology consulting sectors. · Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content creation. · Excellent understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. · Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills. · Experience with CRM, marketing automation and publishing tools (e.g., Kairos, WordPress, etc.). · The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on results and accountability. 【歓迎(WANT)】 · Strategic thinking and ability to see the big picture.· Solution-oriented and strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to create innovative solutions with limited resources. · A hands-on approach to managing projects and marketing initiatives is critical. · Ability to collaborate across departments and influence at all levels of the organization, including global teams. · High degree of adaptability and willingness to embrace change. |
