Implementation ＆ Localization of Global Marketing Strategy: Adapt the company’s global marketing strategy to fit the specific needs and trends of the Japanese market, ensuring cultural relevance and compliance with local regulations. Strategy Development: Develop and execute marketing strategies that support the growth of the business unit in Japan. Collaborate closely with the Japan General Manager to align marketing strategies with the overall business objectives, aligned to the Global strategy across Petshop, Vet, Breeder and online channels. Stakeholder Engagement: Support the Japan General Manager in building a long－term vision for the market, engaging key stakeholders, and ensuring alignment across the organization. Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the Sales Manager to create a total demand mindset, ensuring marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives. Team Leadership: Build, lead, and develop the Japan Marketing team. Coordinate efforts to ensure consistent brand messaging and strategy execution across Japan. Budget Management: Build and manage the Japan marketing budget, ensuring spending is aligned with strategic priorities and delivers a strong return on investment. Supplier ＆ Material Management: Oversee suppliers and marketing materials, ensuring proper usage and availability to support marketing campaigns in Japan. Regular Reporting: Provide regular reports to APAC management and HQ, focusing on the performance of marketing activities within Japan. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements:Min 15 years of relevant experience. Experience in Brand Management, Trade Marketing. Experience in Direct Marketing and Digital Marketing is a plus. Experience in leading a full Marketing team. Leadership and organizational skills, including hiring ＆ staffing, goal setting, motivating, training and developing others. Strong team spirit. Demonstrate professional people skills and promote a thriving team working environment across the area of business. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. Ability to influence without authority and impact distributors performance. Strong strategic agility and business acumen. Ability to manage vision and purpose. Positive and can－do attitude, hands－on. Comfortable in a fast－paced and agile environment. Strong English communication. Experience in planning, budgeting and financial monitoring. Strong analytical ability. |
