As an HRBP, you will serve as a strategic partner to the business, providing HR leadership to enhance employee engagement, drive organizational effectiveness, and align HR strategies with business objectives across the APAC region. Responsibilities: Recruitment: Manage the full recruiting process to support our growth, including talent acquisition strategies, interviewing, and onboarding. Payroll and Benefits: Support payroll processing and oversee benefit and compensation plans. Maintain ongoing benchmarks and manage compensation and benefits review processes. Policy and Compliance: Provide policy interpretation, implementation, and consulting to align with the market benchmark. Ensure fairness and legal compliance. People Strategies: Develop and execute people strategies to enhance our existing programs, focusing on onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Business Collaboration: Partner with with leaders throughout the organization to understand business needs and provide HR guidance and support. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 5 years of HR experienceExperience supporting leadership teams based internationally. Thorough understanding of HR practices, including payroll, employment law, and regulations throughout APAC. Proven experience partnering with senior managers and working autonomously. Proficient in English and Japanese 【歓迎（WANT）】 Highly organized, detail－oriented, and able to multitask while maintaining high levels of prioritization.Self－starter with the ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity in a sophisticated matrix structure. Ability to routinely take initiative to identify issues and solve problems. Ability to periodically travel to our offices across APAC |
