Job location: Kobe-shi, Japan Position Summary: As the GSS HR Expert, you will play a pivotal role in aligning GSS HR services with the aim of efficiency and quality. You'll be working to streamline HR services, including strong focus on the payroll process and time and absence management system. You will oversee payroll operations and time and attendance management, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. Collaborating closely with other teams, also located outside Japan, to ensure high-quality service is a must. Responsibilities: -Ensure accurate payroll processing by overseeing payroll operations delivered by an external vendor. -Oversee the Time and Absence Management system, proposing and implementing improvements as needed. -Provide instruction and training to employees and line managers on time management policies. -Support payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies. -Consult and handle country-specific C&B topics. -Cooperate closely with the Regional Center in Shanghai and Global Centre teams in Pune and Gdynia to ensure adequate HR services for GSS customers. -In addition to your focus on Payroll Process, you may be involved in: 1.Handling individual employment-related cases. 2. Providing day-to-day employee relations guidance to line management. 3. Managing labor relations with country managers and union representatives. 4. Advising managers on occupational health issues. 5. Managing and supporting key HR initiatives, regional and global projects as they arise. |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 - Minimum Bachelor’s degree.- Considerable HR experience ideally in a relevant role (Payroll/ HR Expert, HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, Consultant, Employment Law). - Solid experience in Payroll and Time Management (3+ years). - Sound knowledge and practical application of Japanese employment legislation. - Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English. - Project management experience (desirable). - Experience of working in a shared service environment (desirable). - Willingness to travel. 【歓迎(WANT)】 - Solid experience in Payroll and Time Management (3+ years).- Sound knowledge and practical application of Japanese employment legislation. - Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English. |
