Our mission Our QA team is dedicated to driving quality improvement in all of our products and creating an environment that provides the best possible user experience. We proactively adopt new information and methods and make them a part of our organization as we aim to be a world－leading QA engineer group. As those who assure quality, we contribute to developers and users to realize our vision of becoming business infrastructure. Job requirements As a QA member for our product, you'll be entrusted with the following tasks. Plan, design, and execute test plans Based on the requirement definitions, make a test plan, design the details, and execute. Failure analysis and quality improvement Investigate and analyze the causes of failures and defects, and take measures to improve product quality. Quality assurance verification From the initial development stage, perform verification to maintain product quality. Promote and manage test automation Promote test automation and be in charge of its implementation and management. Reason for recruitment We strive to ensure quality from the earliest product development stages and to quickly release high－quality products. To achieve this goal, we’re looking for a QA Engineer who can work closely with the Product Manager （PdM） and development team to improve product quality. Attraction We're involved from the early product development stages, so we're able to work on improving product quality from the ground up. You'll have the opportunity to be exposed to new initiatives, such as using AI to replace testing tasks. You can expect career growth as a well－rounded generalist with expertise in both development and quality. Structure Each product has its own QA team containing several employees and up to 10 business partners. The QA team as a whole has approx. 15 employees and 25 business partners. There also is a team responsible for overall strategy across products, which includes approx. 4 experienced senior QA engineers. Development Environment Development languages: TypeScript, etc. Test automation: Playwright, etc. Infrastructure: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, Azure, etc. Version control: GitHub, etc. Collaboration tools: Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, etc. |
