Position Summary: The Advanced Customer Engagement Capability Enabler will be essential in implementing and promoting the new customer engagement model. This role is dedicated to providing sales employees with an overview and comprehensive training on the model, enhancing multi-channel activities. The Advanced Customer Engagement Capability Enabler will also instruct employees involved in the model, including those in marketing, and lead the onboarding process. The role requires collaboration with various customer excellence functions and global teams to ensure successful implementation of the model. Key Responsibilities: ・Training Development and Delivery: -Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that cover the new customer engagement model and promote effective multi-channel engagement strategies for sales and marketing teams. -Develop and maintain engaging training materials, including manuals, digital content, and workshops, tailored to different functions' needs. ・Onboarding and Integration: -Lead the onboarding process for the engagement model system, ensuring a seamless transition and integration for new users across various functions. -Support ongoing the model adoption and optimization within sales while collaborating with other functions. ・Collaboration and Communication: -Collaborate with customer excellence members and global teams to align the training with strategic goals. -Foster open communication channels to provide updates and gather input for refining the training. ・Instruction and Support: -Offer specialized instruction and support to employees across sales and marketing, ensuring effective use and understanding of the engagement model. ・Feedback and Improvement: -Collect and analyze user feedback to evaluate training and onboarding effectiveness. -Implement continuous improvements to training approaches and system utilization for the model based on insights gained. |
労働条件 |
契約期間:期間の定めなし(定年60歳) 試⽤期間:あり(入社日から3ヶ月間。但し、必要により、3ヶ月を限度とし延長することがある。) 就業時間:8:45〜17:30(休憩1時間) ※フレックスタイム制(コアタイムなし) 休⽇:⼟⽇、祝⽇、年末年始(12月30日~1月4日)、会社が指定する休日【※年間休日126日】 残業:あり 社会保険:健康保険、厚⽣年⾦、労災保険、雇⽤保険 受動喫煙防⽌措置:就業場所 全面禁煙、オフィスビル内に共用喫煙スペースあり |

【必須(MUST)】 Qualifications:• Experience in digital marketing/ multi-channel engagement • Experience in commercial function in pharmaceutical company. • Experience in training, project-based initiatives are preferred. • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and across geographies. • English communication skills in business |
