Position Description: This position has been created to work within EA＆S （Enterprise Accounts and Strategy） to drive EA businesses as the vehicle to establish strategic partnerships with selected corporate / strategic accounts for continuous company's business retention and growth. This position closely collaborates with functions like finance, commercial operations or IT and supports senior manager within EA＆S to drive EA businesses and senior strategic program manager within EA＆S to drive his/her projects from analytical perspective. This position leads… ・EA business performance management （internal） ・Project performance management （internal ＆ external） ・BI report development ・Best practice analysis. Ultimately senior commercial analyst plays the key role in enabling internal and external stakeholders to perform their roles with commercial transparency and insights. Position Responsibilities: Supporting senior manager and senior strategy planning manager to execute EA commercial strategies by… 1. Developing EA business performance management model for internal customers with clear KPIs and reports to enable sustainable company's revenue growth. 2. Developing project performance management model for both internal and external customers with BI tools. （e.g., dashboard, report） 3. Simplifying and automating analytical operations to enable faster decision making through collaborations with functions like finance, commercial operations or IT. 4. Establishing efficient and effective analytical operations through collaborations with functions like finance, commercial operations or IT. 5. Leading best practice analysis as local proof points to replicate EA successes for Other EAs. 6. Leading analytical workstreams across various functions and OUs to respond urgent requests with an impact on EA businesses and sales performances. 7. Improving and standardizing analytical processes continually and supporting ad－hoc reporting requests flexibly. |

【必須（MUST）】 Experience and Knowledge:【Specialized Knowledge and Experience Required】 ・Advanced MS Office suite skills especially on Excel, Access and PowerPoint. ・Business intelligence and data analytical experiences. ・Project planning and management experiences. ・LSS （Lean Six Sigma） / Process improvement experiences – Highly desirable. ・In－depth understanding of ERP （e.g., SAP） － Highly desirable. ・In－depth understanding of SFA （e.g., Salesforce.com） － Highly desirable. 【Job Specific Competencies】 ・Value driven approach with clear understanding of pain points / root causes. ・Analytical, creative and disciplined – having a demonstrated ability to generate insights from various inputs, produce innovative concepts, and see them through from inception to implementation. ・Results－oriented with good organization and time－management skills, including working independently and unsupervised. ・Able to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. ・Excellent organizational and project management skills. ・Strong attention to detail. ・Strong oral and written communication skills. ・Ability to understand and communicate novel concepts and ideas. ・Learns new skills and ideas quickly and assimilates complex information. ・Demonstrable ability to build solid relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
