仕事内容 Key Responsibilities

－Plan and implement digital marketing strategies tailored for local marketing channels in Japan.
－Optimize advertising performance to achieve high Return on Ad Spend （ROAS） and Return on Investment （ROI）.
－Manage and execute advertising campaigns on major platforms such as Google, Meta, Apple, and Twitter.
－Design and conduct marketing experiments from the ground up, analyzing results to improve performance.
－Generate accurate and insightful weekly and monthly reports on marketing activities.
－Lead Customer Relationship Management （CRM） strategies to enhance user engagement and retention.
－Collaborate daily with global teams in English to align marketing efforts and share insights.
－Analyze market trends in Japan to inform and refine marketing strategies.
－Oversee ad－hoc projects, ensuring timely and high－quality execution.

Qualifications and Skills

－At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast－paced environment.
－Proven expertise in managing ads on major platforms （e.g., Google, Meta, Apple, Twitter） or ad networks.
－A strong track record of achieving and exceeding business objectives.
－Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data－driven decision－making.
－A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
－Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively under tight deadlines.
－Experience in start－ups or fast－growing companies is highly desirable.
－Native－level Japanese proficiency and business－level English are mandatory.
