㈱エビデントは、オリンパス㈱の祖業である顕微鏡を含む科学事業を承継し、2022年4月に新たに設立しました。 現在、主力製品である顕微鏡や工業用内視鏡、非破壊検査機器、分析器を基盤に、データやクラウドを活用したソリューションビジネスへの拡大を進めています。 ■配属組織の紹介 Primary Purpose As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of designing scalable and secure network solutions. ■職務内容 Key Accountabilities [Key tasks required of the job which are essential to the performance of this job, can be grouped by areas.] Area of responsibility 1 Network Design and Architecture Develop network design documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and technical proposals. Design scalable and reliable network architectures to meet current and future business needs Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Area of responsibility 2 Network Implementation and Operations: ・Lead the implementation and deployment of network solutions, ensuring adherence to design specifications and industry best practices. ・Oversee the day-to-day operations of the global network, including troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and capacity planning. ・Implement robust security measures to protect against cyber threats and unauthorized access. Area of responsibility 3 Network Security ・Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against cyber threats and unauthorized access. ・Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards. ・Develop and enforce network security policies and procedures. Area of responsibility 4 Performance Monitoring and Optimization ・Monitor network performance and utilization, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and issues. ・Implement measures to optimize network performance, reliability, and scalability. ・Conduct capacity planning to ensure adequate network resources to support business needs. | 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Experience/ Education:・Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or other related field (or equivalent and related experience). ・Minimum 3 years’ experience with designing, deploying and managing IT infrastructure. ・Minimum 3 years’ of experience in network engineering and management, with a focus on global network infrastructure. ・Strong proficiency in English language and Japanese Key Skills / Core Competencies ・Expertise in networking protocols, technologies, and architectures (e.g., TCP/IP,DNS, VPN, SD-WAN). Familiarity with network hardware, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers. ・Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and develop effective solutions. ・Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. ・Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Experience in managing network projects from conception to completion. ・Demonstrated experience in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring vendor performance meets expectations. ・Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices. Ability to implement and maintain security measures to protect against cyber threats.
