Role purpose The Capital Markets Product Manager will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle. This includes: Ultra Low Latency Product Focused on delivering lowest latency routes between stock exchanges Owning and nurturing relationships with exchanges. Focus on Japan Stock Exchange Understanding services and products provided by each exchange. Defining client-facing products and services based on exchange offerings. Negotiating exchange contracts. Developing and implementing strategies for proposition, product, price, and position. Creating detailed product specifications and requirements for development. Full P&L ownership, tracking costs, revenue performance, and price strategy. Executing product launches. Supporting sales and pre-sales teams. Promoting Colt's proposition externally Knowledge of the Capital Markets, market data, exchange as well as understanding of relevant technology and service provider processes are necessary. Key accountabilities Owning the product lifecycle end-to-end. Providing business management expertise for MarketPrizm and PrizmNet products. Collaborating with various departments to ensure best-in-class exchange management principles. Working with Product Management and Finance to ensure accurate reporting of bookings, revenue, costs, and profitability. Maintaining the product plan, including investment strategies. Serving as the product portfolio expert and supporting major customer opportunities. Creating and maintaining product documentation for sales. Ensuring the product is correctly positioned in the market and priced competitively. Tracking and regularly reporting on product line business performance, creating dashboards, executive reports, and initiating business actions. Participating in major sales opportunities to evaluate project requirements and advise on win strategies. Promoting Colt's proposition externally with analysts, through award submissions, and at speaking engagements. |

【必須(MUST)】 Role specific requirementsExtensive experience in product management, including portfolio management, product planning, and competitive analysis. Strong background knowledge of market data exchange services and the relevant marketplace, including competition, customer profiles, and suppliers. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven expertise in presentation techniques. Ability to interact with press and analysts. Ability to present and position complex topics from a customer perspective. Proficiency in both Japanese & English (both written and verbal). 【歓迎(WANT)】 Degree or equivalent in a related technical or business field.Self-driven and autonomous. Ability to influence people outside of hierarchical control. Focus on delivery and getting things done. |
