■仕事内容 【Summary】 Develop new Aptiv Electrification wiring products and implement technical solution while supporting/coordinating customer quotes, and design transfers to production team(s), for Electrified vehicles. 【Your Responsiblity】 ・Lead design / development of electrified products and electrical distribution system solutions for OEM’s • Coordinate design and design change activities for various electrified vehicle customers • Work closely with product development teams to align Aptiv technology with customer needs and business pursuit • Lead implementation of the latest technologies into Aptiv product designs • Exploit Aptiv product differentiators that provides a competitive advantage (technology, cost, quality, services) • Leverage Aptiv organizations/products into technical solution proposals for new business opportunities • Work with Aptiv sales and Business Lines to ensure business objectives are met, including overall costed BOM analysis and accuracy verification prior to submission to finance • Create and deliver technically strong customer presentations • Support, and work closely, with Aptiv Electrification teams in other regions • Available to monitor and participate in harness and customer launch activities • Ensure compliance with customer specific requirements 【Aptiv Rewards and Advantages】 ・スペシャリストの集まるチームで幅広い仕事にチャレンジできる You can challenge broader range tasks in the team of experts ・結果に妥協しないチームメンバーとより高みを目指すことができる You can aim higher with team members who do not compromise on results ・国際的な環境でプロフェッショナルとしての成長、能力開発ができる Learning, Professional growth and development in a world recognized international environment |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred)• 2+ years' experience in automotive and/or wiring system roles • 1+ years' experience in a team environment • 1+ years' experience in Electrical Schematics/Vehicle mechanizations understanding 【歓迎（WANT）】 • Excellent Communication skills Japanese & English – written and verbal• Multi-tasking team player with a hands-on approach • Exposure to manufacturing environment • CAD experience 【Your Background】 ・ビジネスレベルの日本語・英語 Business level of Japanese and English ・異文化及び海外とのコミュニケーションを厭わない方 Willing to communicate cross-culturally and internationally 【Your Character】 ・自発的に行動し、結果を出すことに強い熱意を持っている方 Self-motivated and have a strong passion for achieving results. ・自身の行動に対して高い責任感を持ち、オーナーとして行動できる方 High responsibility for own actions and able to act like an owner.
