THE PURPOSE OF THIS JOB Develop and implement the District Plan and achieve business and organizational KPIs related to HNB and CC by enhancing the development and engagement of employees in District. ACCOUNTABILITY 1. District Planning Develop and implement the District's own plan in line with Commercial Operations/RGN policies. To this end, the following operational activities will be carried out. - Develop a plan in line with Commercial Operations/RGN policy, explain it clearly to subordinates, and make sure they understand it accurately. - Present the District Objectives for the next month at the District meeting and agree it with subordinates. - Resolve District actions to achieve the objectives - Identify District T issues and their causes, and formulate and resolve actions that lead to solutions. - Set goals, formulate actions, and determine timelines for business expansion opportunities within District from a mid-term perspective 2. Achieve KPI & District Objectives 3. Progress Management and Replanning - Manage progress against KPIs and District Objectives, and provide timely feedback and support to review activity plans according to progress. - Confirm whether the activities decided at the District meeting are being carried out, and provide Feedback and support to subordinates as necessary. 4. Collaborate with others - Seek and acquire all business opportunities to contribute to the overall field sales business and promptly pass them out (share the opportunity). - Promptly share successes, failures, learnings, etc. with RGN, Commercial Operations to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of overall RGN, Field Sales activities. 5. Maximize HnB business - Maximize GT/GS opportunities through B2B and other activities 6. Maintain CC business - Lead Districtv to ensure sales of new products, retain market coverage, and increase the presence of PMJ's major brands over competing brands 7. Resource Management - Secure, optimally allocate, and manage the budget, materials, personnel, and other resources necessary for District operations. In addition, make timely requests for additional necessary budget, materials, and TOOLs. 8. Organizational Management Strengthen the District's organization through subordinate training and recruitment. To this end, the following operational activities will be carried out: - Work with P&C to interview and hire the best person to fill the Vacant position. - Set goals for subordinates, provide necessary training opportunities, coach, evaluate, and provide feedback. - Promptly address performance issues and provide opportunities for improvement - Identify talent within the team and develop and implement a development plan for their next career move - Provide ongoing supervision and guidance on subordinates' work styles - Manage and develop FE talent with US." 9. Compliance and Work Environment - Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations by instructing employees to operate in accordance with internal and external regulations and policy guidelines. - Create a safe and healthy work environment for subordinates within DST. |
