Purpose of the Position: • Ensure training deployment and execution of any trainings and workshops across all channels, including delivery method (e-Learning, Face-to-Face) • Plan and execute any FFWD Project Managements with key stakeholders • Ensure continuous improvement of end-user usability NPS and quality of contents Accountabilities • Ensure training deployment and manage the scheduling & costs by co-working with CC Development team to enhance usability of training for internal customers • Conduct Train-The-Trainer training for any internal customers (Key Accounts, GA, FS (Regional Field Planning Specialist), FSS, SiS, Café, CSC (3P)) • Manage quality of training executions with single contact for global trainers (GTP, PTC) &alignment with external SMEs (Trainers) • Track training KPIs, including consolidating the feedback from participants Manage the team to optimize outputs and engagement • Manage the team to optimize outputs and engagement • Deploy training based on the set learning plan for commercial function and activate PDCA cycle as project lead. Also co-create competency framework for commercial function with global CCCD and local development team and leverage it for creating competency-based learning path |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ? Japanese - Native (verbal, written, presentation)? English- Fluent (verbal, written, presentation) ? 3-5 years of experience in L&D field in FMCG industry 【歓迎（WANT）】 ? Digital knowledge is a plus? Project Management Skills (Require PDCA creation) ? High level of business understanding and perspective ? Omni channel business experience (Sales, retail, digital/MK) ? Collaboration with senior stake holders. ? Drive for results |
