As a Principal IT Business Analyst, you will lead Salesforce solutions, drive process improvements, and analyze data to optimize Sales ＆ Marketing efficiency. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure IT strategies align with business goals while managing scalable Salesforce solutions and providing insights through data analysis. Responsibilities: － Analyze business processes and workflows within Sales ＆ Marketing to identify improvement areas and implement Salesforce solutions. － Provide technical direction and oversight for Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices. － Implement scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and align with Salesforce best practices. － Develop and document high－level business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps. － Work with data sets to define use cases to enhance products, processes, and services. － Conduct advanced data analysis to provide insights and strategic recommendations for decision－making. － Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure IT solutions align with business objectives and strategies. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.－ Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools. － Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in IT, sales, and marketing. 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Leadership and mentorship to team members in both technical and functional areas.－ Strong skills in problem solving, attention to detail, and cross－functional global collaboration. － Fluent in both Japanese and English （speaking, reading, and writing）. |
