【業務内容】 M365を最大限に活用し、社内のワークスタイル環境を整備することで、社員の生産性向上に寄与する。また、AIを利活用し、今後のワークスタイル変革への提案、実装を行えるようなエンジニアを募集いたします。 【募集背景】 ソニー・ホンダモビリティでは、社内アプリケーションインフラとして、M365を利用しています。M365には様々なサービスがありますが、利用しているサービスが限定的であり、十分に活用できていない状況です。 【開発環境】 M365、Power Platform 【所属組織】 6名程度 【この役割を通じて得られる経験・スキル】 ・新規ビジネス立上げ時のワクワク感 ・社員の生産性向上に向けたいろいろな施策を企画、実践できる ・少数精鋭、裁量の大きい環境で働くことができる ・親会社(ホンダ、ソニー)の関連メンバーと連携を取ることで、異なる企業文化を知る機会がある ・マイクロソフトに関連した資格等の習得と実践 【Job description】 We are looking for an engineer who can maximize the use of M365 to improve the internal work environment and enhance employee productivity. Additionally, the engineer should be able to utilize AI to propose and implement future work style transformations. 【Background of Recruitment】 At Sony Honda Mobility, we use M365 as our internal application infrastructure. Although M365 offers a variety of services, we are currently only utilizing a limited number of them and are not fully leveraging its capabilities. 【Development environment】 M365、Power Platform 【Department】 around 6 people 【Skills/Experience to be Gained】 ・Excitement of launching a new business ・Ability to plan and implement various measures to improve employee productivity ・Work in a small, elite team with significant autonomy ・Opportunity to learn different corporate cultures by collaborating with members from parent companies (Honda, Sony) ・Acquire and practice Microsoft-related certifications |

【必須（MUST）】 ・IT技術経験：3年以上・M365導入、運用経験 ・Entra ID導入、運用経験 【Required skills / experience】 ・IT technical experience: 3+ years ・Experience in implementing and operating M365 ・Experience in implementing and operating Entra ID 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・M365 Certificated Admin Expert・MS Cybersecurity Architect Expert ・MS Power platform を利用してアプリ開発経験 2年以上 ・Azure上で開発環境を構築、運用した経験がある 【Preferred skills / experience】 ・M365 Certified Admin Expert ・MS Cybersecurity Architect Expert ・2+ years of experience in developing applications using MS Power Platform ・Experience in building and operating development environments on Azure 【語学力】 ・TOEIC600点以上が望ましい ・海外メンバーとのコミュニケーションができることが望ましい 【人物像】 ・新しいワークスタイルを提案できる ・課題に対して自律的に取り組める ・技術に対する向上心が高い ・他組織とのメンバーとコミュニケーションをとれる能力がある ・明るく、前向きな考え方を持っている ・ストレス耐性が強い 【Language Skills】 ・A TOEIC score of 600 or higher is desirable ・Ability to communicate with overseas team members is desirable 【ideal candidate profile】 ・Japanese: Advanced business level or higher ・English: Advanced business level or higher (for negotiations with US partners), TOEIC score of 800 or above |
