What You’ll Do: ● Work on a project for 5G wireless communications via millimeter wave-based network technology. ● Identification of technical requirements of demonstrations for mesh network by millimeter-wave analog repeaters. ● Planning and leading of RF/wireless connecting test by using RF equipments at millimeter wave band, including the test for commercialization like a wireless communication protocol following to 3GPP. ● Operating software for the orchestrator (a device that controls the movement of the base station) ● Also collaborate with a professor at the University of Tokyo to give shape to research results (algorithms, etc.) as products, apart from our device team. ● Communicate with external vendors and lead development involving vendors. Visbanのミリ波ネットワークの開発をリードする、高いスキルと経験を持つワイヤレステストエンジニアを募集しています。 業務内容： ● ミリ波を利用したネットワーク技術による5G無線通信のプロジェクトに従事する。 ● ミリ波帯アナログリピーターを用いたメッシュネットワークに関する実証実験に求められる技術要件を明確化する ● RF機器・測定機等を用いてRFデバイス評価・無線接続試験を計画・リードする(3GPP等の移動通信プロトコルを用いた商用化を含む) ● オーケストレーター（基地局の動きを制御する装置）のソフトウェア運用 ● デバイスチームだけでなく東京大学の大学教員と連携し、研究成果を製品として形にする。 ● 外部ベンダーとのやり取りや、ベンダーを巻き込んだ開発をリードする。(自身で手を動かして開発も行う) |

【必須（MUST）】 Qualifications:● Expertise in RF design and testing at millimeter wave band ● Experience in base station for development or managing projects (knowledge of 3GPP and understanding of standards) ● Experience in project managements ● Experience in software operation/development (orchestrator software) ● Knowledge of basic networking such as TCP/IP ● Able to do programming work(Python). ● Intermediate or higher Japanese skills ● Conversation level of English skills ● Ability to read English papers and patents and use them in business 応募要件： ● ミリ波帯のRF設計(アンテナ・回路など)・RFテストに関する専門性 ● 基地局開発のプロジェクト経験（3GPPの知識、規格の理解） ● プロジェクトマネジメント経験 ● ソフトウェア開発もしくは運用経験（オーケストレータソフトウェア） ● TCP/IP等の基本的なネットワーク知識 ● プログラミング作業（Python）が可能な方 ● 中級以上の日本語スキル ● 中級以上の英会話スキル ● 英語で記載された特許や論文を読み業務に活用するスキル 【歓迎（WANT）】 Preferred Skills:● Experience in managements ● Experience in negotiation with telecommunication operators, ministries and government offices 歓迎要件： ● マネジメント経験 ● 通信事業者、省庁との折衝経験 |
