仕事内容 This Technology/Infrastructure Architect role is a very important and highly visible role that attracts attention from all stakeholders within the company and group.

This role will be a member of the Architecture leadership team embedded with the Chief Technology Office （CTO）, the product teams, capability owners, and peers across the Architecture organization, spanning architecture domains （e.g. data architecture, application/solution architecture） to develop, drive and maintain enterprise infrastructure patterns, processes and roadmap.

The Technology/Infrastructure Architect is a key thought leader helping to set the direction for the Global Network, Hardware, and Software Infrastructure. This person will understand business fundamentals, Information Technology, and Network concerns and know how to take a big－picture approach.

As a core member leading the Japanese and global architecture, you will work closely with the following colleagues:
• Global architecture team, including Japan/US
• Architects for each domain （e.g., Business, Data, Application/Solution, Technology /Infrastructure, Security, Architectural Planning, Enterprise）
• Japanese business stakeholders （e.g., Group stakeholders, product teams, application development teams, business users, application owners, CIOs, business executives, project teams）
• Affiliated organizations within the group （e.g. CTO, CDO, Procurement）


このTechnology/Infrastructure Architectのロールは社内、グループ内の全てのステークホルダーから注目される非常に重要な役割です。

このロールは、アーキテクチャリーダーシップチームの一員として、CTO（Chief Technology Office）、プロダクトチーム、ケイパビリティ・オーナー、アーキテクチャー組織全体の同僚と連携し、アーキテクチャドメイン（データアーキテクチャ、アプリケーション／ソリューションアーキテクチャなど）を横断して、エンタープライズ・インフラストラクチャーのパターン、プロセス、ロードマップを開発、推進、維持します。

Technology/Infrastructure Architect は、グローバルネットワーク、ハードウェア、ソフトウェアインフラストラクチャーの方向性を示す重要なオピニオンリーダーです。この人材は、ビジネスの基本、情報技術、ネットワークの課題を理解し、大局的なアプローチを取ります。

日本とグローバルのアーキテクチャをリードするコアメンバーとして、以下の同僚と密に協力して仕事を遂行します。
• 日本/US含むグローバルのアーキテクチャチーム
• 各ドメインのアーキテクト（例: ビジネス、データ、アプリケーション/ソリューション、テクノロジー/インフラ、セキュリティ、アーキテクチャプラン、エンタープライズ）
• 日本のビジネス関係者 （例: グループ関係者、プロダクトチーム、アプリケーション開発チーム、ビジネスユーザー、アプリケーションオーナー、CIO、ビジネスエグゼクティブ、プロジェクトチーム）
• グループ内の関連組織 （例: CTO/CDO、プロキュアメント）

o 標準労働時間／9:00～17:30（実働7.5時間／休憩1時間）
o フレックスタイム制あり（コアタイム/11:00～15:00）
 朝のフレキシブルタイム／7：00～11：00
 夜のフレキシブルタイム／15：00～21：00

応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

• Over 10 years of leadership experience in technology, including:
• Implementation experience in infrastructure areas... Architecture design, operations, and engineering （hardware/software） in both cloud （such as AWS） and on－premises environments
• Experience leading large－scale infrastructure－related projects （experience in being accountable for architecture within projects）

• 下記を含む10年以上のテクノロジーにおけるリーダーシップの経験
• インフラ領域での実装経験…クラウド（AWSなど）、オンプレミス双方におけるアーキテクチャ設計、運用、エンジニアリング（ハードウェア/ソフトウェア）など
• 大規模なインフラ関連Projectのリード経験（プロジェクト内でアーキテクチャとしての説明責任を負った経験

• Knowledge of cloud （such as AWS）, AI, solution architecture, data, patterns/best practices, operational design, OS, middleware, network/security, and EA frameworks
• Knowledge of business and business processes in finance and life insurance
• Ability to create and execute a clear enterprise strategy vision and target architecture to support the entire group, utilizing knowledge and experience in advanced technologies
• Ability to clearly communicate the ideal state to all levels of the organization, lead the adoption of technology infrastructure architecture policies, patterns, and standards, and drive technical modernization and optimization
• Ability to interpret complex business challenges to identify technology solutions and leverage them across the enterprise

• あるべき姿を組織のあらゆる層に明確に伝え、テクノロジーインフラアーキテクチャの方針、パターン化、標準の採用をリードし、技術的なモダナイゼーションと最適化を推進する能力
• 複雑なビジネス上の課題を解釈してテクノロジーソリューションを特定するとともに、それらをエンタープライズで活用する能力
