本ポジションは、データ統合プロジェクトの経験豊富なディレクターとして、国内でも屈指のシェアを誇るエネルギー業界のお客様の業務効率化をご支援いただきます。 以下の業務に加え、新しいビジネスチャンスや潜在的なニーズを特定しクライアントとの関係を拡充するためのビジネス開発活動を積極的かつ自発的に行ってくださる方を探しています。 • キャップジェミニ・ジャパンのInsights & Data SAPチームの経験豊富なディレクターであることを充分に理解し、お客様のニーズに合わせたSAP Datasphereソリューションを設計・実装する • お客様のニーズに合わせたSAP Datasphereソリューションの設計と実装を支援する • クライアントワークショップをリードし、SAP Datasphereの機能に関する見識を提供する • お客様と協力してデータ分析戦略とソリューションを開発する • 多文化、多言語、多地域のプロジェクトチームと協力して、SAP Datasphereプロジェクトを管理する • 大規模なERP変革およびデータエステートの近代化プロジェクトに貢献する • ジュニアチームメンバーに対し、技術的リーダーシップを執るだけでなくキャリアや業務においても責任をもって指導育成を行う This role aims to expand the team involved in data integration projects. The successful candidate will leverage their knowledge and experience with SAP Datasphere to enhance the operational efficiency of our clients in the energy sector, which holds a leading market share domestically. In addition to the aforementioned responsibilities, the candidate will actively and proactively engage in business development activities to identify new business opportunities and potential needs, thereby strengthening client relationships. • As an experienced Director in Capgemini Japan’s Insights & Data SAP team, design and implement SAP Datasphere solutions tailored to client needs • Lead client workshops to gather requirements and provide insights on SAP Datasphere capabilities. Collaborate with clients to develop data analytics strategies and solutions • Manage multicultural, multilingual, and multi-geo project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of SAP Datasphere projects • Manage large-scale ERP transformation and data estate modernization projects • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members • Engage in business development activities to identify new opportunities and expand client relationships |
| 応募資格 |
