全社コーポレートおよび複数の担当SPCに関する会計・税務・予算・内部統制・顧客アカウントトラッキング等 Financial －Produce periodic management and statutory accounts and reports including the Company and the Projects （20＋ SPCs under TK－GK structure）. JGAAP and IFRS financial statements are necessary －Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, manage tax compliance and Consumption tax recovery －Coordinate and monitor account booking by outsourced accounting companies －Provide oversight on payment transactions ae well as corporate finance activities －Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities －Ensure that internal controls are adhered to at all time －Preparation of funding requests －Manage external and internal audits Non－Financial －Communication with the outsourced Accounting, tax and corporate services firms －Assist the team as needed on other tasks in the Accounting and Finance area Strategic －Assist in ensuring that the Company is complying with all aspects of agreements in place |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 －7＋ years of relevant hands－on experience－Knowledge of JGAAP ＆ IFRS, Japanese Local Tax －Native or business level Japanese ＆ business level English （both written and verbal） 【歓迎（WANT）】 －Degree holder along with recognized professional accounting qualification preferred－Experience in the area of SPC accounting preferred |
