【主な職務内容 / Key Responsibilities】 - スペシャリティ部門の売上、利益に貢献すること。/ Turnover, sales, and earnings for sales in specialty segment. - FUCHSグループのグローバル戦略に沿った担当セグメントの事業発展に貢献すること。/ Business development for segment in charge aligned with FUCHS Group’s global strategy. - 代理店ネットワーク戦略の構築及び管理。/ Dealership network strategy and management. - 日本市場における製品戦略の構築。 / Product strategy for Japanese market. - マーケティングとブランドマネジメント。/ Marketing and brand management. - オフィス管理業務を含む販売および注文管理活動のサポート。/ Support sales and order management activities including office administrative duties. |

【必須（MUST）】 【応募資格 / Qualifications】1. 少なくとも 5 年の B2B セールス経験。（ポテンシャル採用の可能性あり）。/ At least 5 years of business-to-business sales experience*. (*Potential hiring is possible) 2. 製造業または類似業界での 3 年以上の就業経験。/ At least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing or similar industries. 3. 工学、化学、またはビジネスの学士号があることが望ましい。/ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business preferred. 4. Willingness to take on global responsibility. 5. High degree of personal responsibility. 6. Willingness to travel 7. Good analytical skills. 8. Good negotiation and presentation skills. 9. Strong support and service orientation. 10. High team working ability. 【Personal Skills】 1. Highly self-motivated and ambitious person. 2. Initiative and leadership toward business partners/stakeholders. 3. Pleasant personality. 4. Excellent skills in communication. 5. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Teams) 【License】 普通運転免許 【歓迎（WANT）】 流暢な英語の読み書きと会話ができることが望ましい。/ Fluent written and spoken English desirable. |
