【主な責務 / Key Responsibilities】 - 原材料の購入から製品の生産、供給、およびグループ会社からの輸入品の供給まで、無駄のない運用を行う。/ Ensure lean operation from raw material purchase to final product production and product supply, as well as supply of imported products from group companies. - 会社の戦略に沿ったパフォーマンス目標を実行し、自身の管理するチームメンバー（ロジスティクス、カスタマーサービス）にもカスケードダウンする。/ Implement performance objectives aligned with company’s strategy and cascaded to all team members under responsibility (logistic, customer service). - 包括的なリーダーシップ及び意思決定を通じて、工場と本社の各チームおよび部門横断的なパートナーとの連携を行う。/ Ensure collaboration with each team in the plant and head office and cross functional partners through inCollaboratclusive leadership and decision making. - 規制遵守し、リスクを管理及び防止し、効果的な事業継続戦略を維持するために必要な活動を行う。/ Lead the operations activities necessary to ensure regulatory compliance, manage/prevent risk, and maintain and effective business continuity strategy. - すべてのサポート部門（工場、財務、法務、人事、営業、マーケティング）と連携してビジネス目標を達成し、強力で機能的かつ協力的な文化を構築する。/ Collaborate with all support functions (plant, finance, legal, human resources and sales and marketing) to achieve business objectives and develop a strong, functional and collaborative culture. - 経営上の意思決定のために、物流および顧客サービスの KPI、人員要件、および関連する問題を定義および管理する。Defines and manage logistic and customer service KPIs, staffing requirements and related issues for management decisions. |

【必須（MUST）】 【応募資格 / Qualifications】1. 生産および/またはサプライチェーンでの5年以上の経験 / 5+ year experience in production and/or supply chain facilities 2. 損益計算書の理解、強力な財務および分析スキル / PL experience, strong financial and analytical skills 3. ISO9001, 14001に携わった経験 / Experience with ISO 9001, 14001. 【望ましい人物像 / Personal Skills】 1. 非常に自発的かつ意欲的な方 / Highly self-motivated and ambitious person 2. 快活な方 / Pleasant personality 3. コミュニケーションおよびプレゼンテーションの卓越したスキル / Excellent skills in communication and presentation 4. 優れた英語および日本語能力 / Fluent in English and Japanese 5. マイクロソフトオフィス（エクセル、ワード、パワーポイント）を駆使できる方 / Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) 【資格 / License】 普通運転免許 / Driver license 【歓迎（WANT）】 1. 工学、化学、または経営学の学士号があることが望ましい。/ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business Administration preferred. |
